Ingredients: 1-1.5 lb of honeycomb beef tripe (diced). 1.5 cups of water. 1 Jar of mi Tierra menudo base. Garnishes dried oregano, diced white onion, chopped jalapeno, limes. (1) Add beef tripe and water to the electric pressure cooker, cook on high for 45 minutes, and set to natural release. (2) Add the jar of mi Tierra Menudo base and let it heat through. (3) Serve with garnishes. Refrigerate after opening.
