Daily Feeding Guidelines (The suggested daily servings are only guidelines. Individual requirements may vary depending upon age, breed, weight, activity level and metabolism. Based on a standard 8 oz measuring cup): 3 - 6 lbs: 1/2 - 2/3 cup. 6 - 12 lbs: 2/3 - 1-1/2 cup. 12 - 18 lbs: 1-1/2 - 2 cups. 18 - 25 cups: 2 - 2-3/4 cups. 25 lbs+: Add 1/2 cup for every 5 lbs over 25 lbs. Rehydration: We recommend rehydrating by adding 1/2 cup of warm water per cup. If feeding dry, make sure your dog drinks plenty of water at mealtime. For Puppies, Pregnant and Nursing Dogs: Puppies and pregnant dogs may require more than double the adult feeding amounts. Nursing dogs should be allowed to eat at will. Safe Handling: Wash hands after preparing and clean your dog's dish after each feeding. Always ensure your dog has a supply of clean water.
