Unzip the silk bag and remove the muslin pouch to use as a lightweight silk mask. The strap is adjustable, loosen it as needed so that the mask is not too tight on your eyes before using. Relieve headaches and stress. Warm Therapy: Heat a moist towel in microwave for 20 seconds; wrap around eye pillow to warm for 2 minutes. Remove towel to use eye pillow.
