Directions: place tan adhesive side on the outside of a molar and.or adjoining gums, upper or lower, white side touching cheek. Hold in place 10 seconds to secure. Use two melts while sleeping, one on each side of mouth. During the day, use as needed. Can be used with braces, dentures, mouthguards or CPAP machines.
