Directions

Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place crab cakes in center of baking dish and insert into oven. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Optional: Baste with melted butter and bake an additional 2-3 minutes for golden brown crust. Cakes must reach an internal temperature 165 degrees F. Pan Fry Instructions: In a medium-large nonstick skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the cakes to the pan. Cook until golden brown on the underside, about 4 minutes. Flip the cakes, reduce the heat to medium low, and continue cooking until the other side is golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
