Prep Time: 10 mins. Cook Time: 10 mins. 1 pkg. Simply Asia seasoning Mix, divided. 1 cup water. 1 tbsp. Less sodium soy sauce. 3 tbsp. Oil. 4 cup assorted cut-up vegetables. 2 cups cooked Simply Asia Lo Mein Noodles. 1. Whisk water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in small bowl. Set aside. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables and remaining seasoning mix; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until tender crisp. 3. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add noodles, tossing to mix. Cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Makes 4 servings. Try on rice! Try with: Bell pepper; mushrooms; green beans. Make it your way! Chicken. Shrimp. Tofu. Skip the noodles and try over hot cooked rice!
