For regular use: Add 1 cap (1 oz) in a high efficiency washer, 1 1/2 caps (1.5 oz) for a standard washer. For really challenging laundry, throw in a little extra. We think 2 caps (2 oz) should do the trick. For hand washed items: Use just 0.5 oz (1 Tbsp).
