Warnings

Do not boil dry. Use low to medium heat settings. To maintain the integrity of your cookware, always carefully place on or remove from the stovetop. When using on any glass stovetop, always follow the manufacturer's guidance for use of your cookware. When using on glass, ceramic, or induction stovetops, it is important not to slide pots across the surface. Lift on and off, and lift pot from one heat zone to another. Do not bang the pot down as this may damage both the appliance and the cookware. Do not knock metal utensils on the rim of the cookware; this may eventually damage the enamel. Do not cut food directly on any enamel or nonstick surface. Electric hand-held beaters or mixers should not be used in any enamel cookware as this will cause permanent damage to the surface.
