Cooking Instructions: Skillet (Preferred Method): Preheat skillet with oil or cooking spray. Cook covered for 23-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until 170 degrees F internally. Thawed: 15-17 minutes. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake frozen thighs for 50-60 minutes or until 170 degrees F internally. Thawed: 40-50 minutes. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximately. Adjust according to ensure internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Using a digital thermometer, cook to internal temperature of 170 degrees F to ensure fully cooked chicken. Keep frozen. Tear to open.
