Set air fryer to 300 degrees F, heat for 16-18 minutes. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place frozen chicken wings on a foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. 3. Heat 14 minutes on top rack of oven, turn pieces over and heat an additional 12-14 minutes. Keep frozen.
