Thin Sliced Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: 1. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Oil or Non-stick pan spray can be used to prevent sticking. 2. Place frozen chicken in skillet, cover pan and cook for 10 minutes. 3. Flip chicken, cover pan and cook for additional 10 minutes, or until minimum internal temperature measured using instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Bake frozen chicken on covered pan for 40 minutes or until minimum internal temperature measured using instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. For best results when breading or marinating Tyson Individually Frozen Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute. Using a digital thermometer, cook to internal temperature of 170 degree F to ensure fully cooked chicken. Keep frozen. Individually frozen. Tear to open.
