Cooking Instructions (for best results when breading or marinating Tyson individually frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding the portion under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute): Conventional Oven: 1 Preheat oven to 375 degree F. 2 Bake frozen breasts 75 to 85 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170 degree F. (Bake thawed breast 45 to 50 minutes). Grill: 1 Preheat grill to medium heat. 2 Grill frozen breasts, turning occasionally, until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170 degree F. Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Adjust accordingly. Using a digital thermometer, internal temperature of 170 degrees F to ensure fully cooked chicken. Keep frozen.
