On-The-Go: Remove trays. Dispense 1/2 to 1 full pump of foam inside each tray, spreading evenly with a finger to clean the trays. Place trays back into mouth & spit out excess foam to whiten teeth. Wipe off fingers. Foam will dissipate with natural flow of saliva, no need to rinse. Use up to 4 times daily to clean, whiten & freshen trays & teeth. Storage Case (Optional): Remove trays & place them inside their storage case. Cover trays with foam & let them sit for up to 5 minutes.
