Cook frozen patty 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. In The Frying Pan For medium well: Place frozen patty in preheated fry pan over medium-high heat and cook 6 minutes, then turn and cook for 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Under the Broiler For medium well: Cook frozen patty in preheated broiler for 9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Keep frozen.
