Ingredients: 1 tbsp oil + 1 - 1.5 lb chicken. Cut into strips or any protein. + 1 pouch simmer sauce + Peppers & onions + Tortillas + Toppings. Instructions: 1 Heat: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and add protein of choice, stirring occasionally until the meat is cooked through. Remove to a plate and set aside. 2 Simmer: Add sliced onions and peppers to the skillet, stirring until veggies are slightly tender. Add meat back into the skillet, along with entire pouch of Somos Fajita Simmer Sauce and let simmer for 5 mins. 3 Assemble: Serve with tortillas and add your favorite toppings like Somos Salsa Macha Mexican Chili Crisp (our favorite!), avocado, sour cream & anything else!
