Before First Use: Wash bakeware in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. For best results, season interiors by wiping with shortening or cooking oil. During Use: High heat may damage or discolor bakeware and continual overheating may cause food to burn. Do not use bakeware on a cooking range. Use of pot holders required whenever moving or lifting hot bakeware. After Use: While dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended. Do not use dishwasher detergent tablets; these concentrated cleansers will damage the bakeware's finish. Hand wash using a sponge and hot, soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Remove burnt-on foods by soaking pan for a few minutes. Avoid soaking pans overnight. To prevent warping, avoid sudden temperature changes such as pouring cold liquids into a hot pan or placing a hot pan on a cold surface. Never use steel wool or scouring powder on nonstick bakeware as these may scratch the surface. If scrubbing is necessary, use a nylon pad with hot, soapy water or a non-abrasive, silicate-based cleanser. Always towel dry your pan after washing.
