Rocky Road A candy dating back to 1883 in Australia, rocky road was created to use up imperfect chocolate, dried fruit and nuts that had traveled on ships from Europe. For our rocky road, we fold candied California walnuts, Askinosie chocolate chips, and vegan marshmallows throughout our decadent vegan chocolate ice cream. Our Story: We began in the spring of 2008 out of a scoop truck in Brooklyn, New York. Our vegan ice cream is made in small batches with housemade raw cashew milk, coconut cream, raw coconut oil, cocoa butter and pure cane sugar.
