Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Raw Product: Must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as verified by a food thermometer. Cooking Instructions: For food safety and quality, this product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F prior to eating. This product is raw. Prepare from frozen state. Appliances vary, adjust cook times as needed. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Conventional Oven (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray baking pan with vegetable oil. Place desired frozen portions on baking pan. Bake in 450 degrees F oven for approximately 10 minutes, then turn over and bake another 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as verified by a food thermometer. Fryer: Fry product from frozen, do not thaw. Preheat fryer/vegetable oil to 350 degrees F. Deep fry in 350 degrees F oil for 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as verified by a food thermometer. Pan-Fry: Place 1/4 inch - 1/2 inch vegetable oil in large fry pan. Place pan over medium high heat and preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Place frozen product in pan and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as verified by a food thermometer. Microwave (Not Recommended): Place frozen portions on a microwave safe plate. For 1 patty cook for 2 minutes, for 2 patties cook for 3 minutes, for 3 patties cook for 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as verified by a food thermometer. To heat gravy, submerge gravy packs in boiling water and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
