Mixing and Handling Directions: Pancake Mix: 1/2 cup; 1/4 cup cold water; 3 4-inch pancakes. 1 cup; 1/2 cup cold water; 6 4-inch pancakes. 2 cups; 1 cup cold water; 12 4-inch pancakes. Preparation Instructions: Add water and pancake mix. Mix 1-1/2 minutes or until smooth. Batter should be slightly lumpy. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto a 375 degrees F/190 degrees C griddle. Cook pancakes for 1 to 1-1/4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Turn only once. Enjoy!
