The 12 barrel collection VSOP Bourbon Cask Finish: Born of a long tradition of innovation, this VSOP is a blend of Calvados Pays d' Auge from our cellars in Normandy, first aged in oak casks and then further rested in Bourbon casks. It reveals an attractive, buttery bouquet with nuances of smoke and vanilla notes, reminiscent of creme brulee. This limited edition expression reveals a generous and complex palate, with layers of honey, baked apple and maple syrup.
