Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. No Thaw Cooking Directions (Microwave not recommended): Grilling - Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place on grill, about 4 inch above heat. Grill burgers 5 minutes on one side; turn and grill on the other side for 5-7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165 degrees F. Broiling - Preheat broiler. Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place on broiler pan, about 4 inch under heat. Broil burgers for 5 minutes on one side; turn and broil on other side 5-7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165 degrees F. Skillet - Preheat non-stick skillet on medium heat (2 minutes). Lightly spray or brush both sides of frozen turkey burgers with oil and place into skillet. Cook burgers for 5 minutes on one side; turn and cook on the other side for 5-7 minutes or until center of burger reaches 165 degrees F. To check for doneness, insert thermometer in center of burger. Internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for safety. Keep frozen.
