Directions

Quorn meatless grounds are not ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn meatless grounds reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the stove top. Stove Top - 12 min: In sauce. Place Quorn grounds in a skillet. Add enough of your favorite sauce to cover grounds. Simmer, stirring occasionally, over a medium heat 10-12 minutes, or until Grounds are thoroughly heated. In Oil & Seasoning. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil in a large skillet over a medium heat. Add about 3 cups of Quorn thorough grounds to skillet and desired seasoning (ex. Taco). Cook, stirring frequently, 10-12 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Microwave - 8 Min: 1000W: Pour about 3 cups Quorn Grounds in to a microwave safe bowl. Add enough of your favorite sauce to cover the Quorn Grounds and stir. Cover with plastic wrap and pierce. Heat on high for 8 minutes until sauce is bubbling. Stir halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Caution: Bowl and Grounds will be hot and steam may escape when removing plastic wrap. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage. Always cook thoroughly. All appliances vary, cooking times are approximate. Keep frozen. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.
