Pierce pouch several times to vent. Place pouch on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave as follows: Wattage of microwave - cook time-1package. 1100 watt - cook on high 7 minutes. 700 watt - cook on high 9 minutes. 3. Let stand in microwave 1 minute to complete cooking. Carefully remove plate with pouch from microwave & enjoy! Boiling water cooking: 1. Remove pouch from box. Place pouch in boiling water. 2. Do not cover. Simmer 18 minutes. 3. Carefully remove pouch from water & enjoy! Do not prepare in toaster oven. Keep frozen until ready to use.
