Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: On the BBQ or Broiler: 1. Pre-heat BBQ or Broiler. 2. Remove product from package and place on grill or in broiler. 3. Turn meat every 5 minutes until desired doneness is achieved and meat is golden brown. 4. Average cooking time is 15 to 20 minutes. 5. For rare degree of doneness check meat after 10 minutes. Serving Preparation: 1. Place meat on cutting board and slice thin across the grain with sharp knife. 2. Place slices on plate and pour excess juices over slices. Keep refrigerated.
