Directions

You will need: 3 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 egg. 1. Heat oven 350 degrees F. Lightly spray mini muffin cups with no-stick cooking spray or line with mini muffin paper baking cups. 2. Combine brownie mix, oil, and egg in small mixing bowl. Stir until smooth; about 60 seconds. Fill mini muffin cups about 2/3 full. 3. bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 to 10 minutes in pan. Tip: For a standard muffin pan prepare batter as directed above. Fill standard muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees F for 24-26 minutes.
