Hot Steep the Perfect Cup: Heat water to just under the boiling point. Pour 6 oz of water over one tea bag. Steep 5 minutes then remove & compost tea bag. Cold Steep the Perfect Cup: Drop one tea bag into 6 oz of cool water. Steep 20 minutes, then remove & compost tea bag.
