Directions

All You Need: Makes 8 fajitas: 1 pkg. Lawry's Fajita Seasoning Mix, 1 Tbsp. oil, 1 Medium onion, cut into thin strips, 1 Medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips, 1 Lb Sliced flank or sirloin steak, 1/4 Cup water, 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed. Instructions: Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook and stir until tender-crisp. Remove from skillet. Cook steak in same skillet on medium-high heat, just until browned. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Return vegetables to skillet; cook until heated through. Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with desired toppings. Bonus Tip: Restaurant-Style Fajitas: Prepare as directed using 1 lb. Thinly sliced chicken or 1 lb. Large peeled and deveined shrimp.
