All You Need: Makes 2 Cups Sauce: 1 pkg. Lawry's Rich and Thick Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning Mix; 1-3/4 cups water; 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste; 1 tbsp. olive oil. Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bonus Tip: To serve with meatballs, mix 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1 lightly beaten egg, 1/2 tsp. each garlic powder, oregano, and salt, and 1/4 tsp. black pepper just until blended. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and arrange on a large foil-lined pan. Bake in a preheated 400 degrees F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
