Pollo asado literally means "roasted chicken". This perfectly balanced blend of garlic, onion, cumin, and black and white peppers is great anyway you prepare chicken. Shake 1 to 2 tsp. per lb. on meat before baking, grilling or pan frying. Good on pork or fish too.
