Directions

Just Cook & Mix: 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 oz crumbled feta cheese, 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 cups chopped veggies. 1. Boil pasta in 4-6 quarts of water for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain the pasta and set it aside. 2. In a large bowl, stir together pasta, seasoning packet, olive oil, lemon juice, and feta cheese. 3. Add chopped, vegetables. We recommend trying tomatoes, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, red onion and bell peppers. Chill and serve. Add your favorite topping to make it your own! Store in a cool dry place.
