To extinguish Firelog: In case of emergency use a UL dry chemical fire extinguisher or carefully apply water, sand or a wet towel. Burn instructions: Alternative start options - For starting a new Fire. Woodstoves*, Fireplaces* and outdoors. 1. Fully open fireplace damper. 2. Remove one firelog from wrapper. 3. Twist wrapper and place under Firelog for kindling. 4. Enjoy the fire - you can add a second Firelog as needed*. 5. Always use a fireplace screen. 6. Check & manage your fire regularly. 7. Please extinguish all open fires. Fireplaces* or Outdoors: 1. Fully open fireplace damper. 2. Remove one or two (2) firelogs from wrapper(s). 3. Place firelog(s) on fireplace grate to form an "X". 4. Twist wrapper(s) and place under firelog(s) for kindling. 5. Light ends of firelog(s) and wrapper(s). 6. Always use a fireplace screen. 7. Check & manage your fire regularly. 8. Please extinguish all open fires when done. *It is recommended that Enviro-Logs be added, as needed, one at a time, to an existing fire. Check and manage fireplace & woodstove fire regularly.
