Directions

You will need: 1 lb. salmon fillet (evenly cut into 3-4 fillets); 3 cups broccoli or favorite veggies (diced); 2 tbsp. olive oil. Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Pat salmon dry, coat with 1 tbsp. oil and half of Riega Seasoning packet. 3. Toss veggies with remaining oil and remaining seasoning. 4. Place everything on lined Sheet pan. 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until fully cooked. 6. Try with suggested Base and Top It options below. Build a bowl your way. Suggested options. Base: rice, cauliflower rice or salad. Top it: avocado, carrots, green beans or grilled pineapple.
