Ready to cook - Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Microwave Only (Do not thaw). Remove tray from packing and pierce film in each section to vent. Heat on high for 4 Minutes. Peel film back enough to stir. Replace film and cook on high for an additional 2 Minutes. Remove film, stir and serve. Handle carefully; it's hot! Let stand for 2 minutes; enjoy. Note: Microwaves vary, always heat to an internal temperature of 158 degrees F. Keep frozen.
