What Is Tteokbokki? Tteok [rice cake] + Bokki [stir-fry]: Soft chewy rice cakes. Stir-fry with sweet & spicy sauce. Enjoy Tteokbokki on its own or pair with Mandu, Gimbap, or a protein of your choice. Bring Korean street food flavors to your table! Cooking Instructions: Skillet: 1. Wash rice cakes with water. 2. Put in rice cakes, seasoning powder and 3/4 cup of water in a medium sized skillet and bring it to a boil on high heat. 3. When it is boiling, turn down the heat to medium and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. For food safety follow these cooking instructions. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Avoid direct sunlight and keep in a cool place. Best if Used By: Printed on the package.
