Directions

Cooking Directions: Preheat oven to 350°. Remove plastic lid before cooking. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 175°. Can also be pan fried & added to an Italian red sauce. Cooking times are approximate as oven temperatures do vary. Always check internal temperature before serving.
