Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking instructions: Fry: in deep-fryer or large, heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, heat 2" oil until it registers 325 degrees F on deep-fry thermometer. Add croquettes; cook until golden brown and cooked through, (internal temperature of 165 degrees F), 4-5 minutes. With slotted metal spoon, transfer to paper towel-lined plate to drain. Serve. Broil: heat broiler of conventional oven or toaster oven. Using pastry brush, lightly brush each croquette with oil; transfer to foil-lined baking sheet. Broil 3" from heat source, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides and cooked through (internal temperature of 165 degrees F), 7-8 minutes. Serve. For best results: fry or broil from frozen state. We do not recommend cooking product in microwave oven.
