Bake: Oven InstructionFor food safety and best quality, follow these cooking instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Vent film and bake for 35 minutes. 2. Remove tray and stir meal thoroughly. 3. Remove plastic film and cook for an additional 15 minutes uncovered. Remove tray from oven and let stand 1 minute before serving. Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly before eating. Use caution as product and packaging will be hot. Do not reuse tray. Adjustment to cooking times may be required due to variations in all ovens. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer. Microwave: Microwave: 1. Leave film intact. 2. Cook on high for 8 mins. 3. Remove film and stir. 4. 1100W: Cook for an additional 4 mins. 700W: Cook for an additional 8 mins. 5. Remove from microwave. Let stand 1 minute and enjoy! Keep frozen until ready to use.
