Cook thoroughly Cooking Instructions: Skillet (Recommended method): Cook frozen burgers in a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 9 to 11 min., turning occasionally. 1. Place 1unwrapped frozen burger on microwavable plate. 2. Microwave on high for 1 min. 3. flip burger. Microwave on high for an additional 35 seconds. Caution: Product will be hot! Product must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees for food safety and quality. Do not allow product to thaw or eat without cooking. Do not microwave more than one burger at a time. Keep frozen.
