Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave: Place unopened bag this side up on a microwave safe plate. Cook on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Cut to open at top. Empty into a serving dish; stir well. Microwave Wattage: 1200; Time on High*: 10-1/2 to 11 min. Microwave Wattage: 1000; Time on High*: 12 to 12-1/2 min. Microwave Wattage: 700; Time on High*: 17-1/2 to 18 min. * Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook times for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. Stove Top: Preheat a large non-stick skillet on medium heat. Pour the entire contents of bag into skillet, cover. Cover for 15-18 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Caution! Hot steam! This side up. Keep frozen.
