Our Recipe for Burger Patties: Ingredients for 4 servings: 2.7 oz organic sunflower hache + 2 eggs (vegan: equivalent replacement) + 2 tbsp bread crumbs + 1 chopped onion + organic tomato paste + 2 tbsp organic sunflower oil + 2 tsp salt + 1 tsp pepper. 1. Soak organic sunflower hache in lukewarm water. 2. Carefully mix ingredients. Add more water if necessary. Patty should not be too dry! 3. Grill or fry in a pan. Serve in a bun or with potatoes. Tip: freeze patty for 10 min before frying. Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Best before: see bottom.
