Microwave cooking instructions: 1. Remove tamper band from package. 2. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 5 minutes.* 3. Let stand 2 minutes to complete cooking. 4. Carefully remove lid. Caution: Container will be extremely hot. Stir well before eating. Enjoy! *Based on a 1200 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary; adjustments may be necessary to cook thoroughly.
