Heating Instructions: Microwave (Heating Times May Vary): Thaw in package in refrigerator overnight or under cold running water for 30 minutes. Place brisket pouch in microwave safe dish and cut slit in pouch to vent. Microwave on high for 2.5 minutes. Remove from microwave and carefully fluff pouch to separate brisket slices. Return to microwave and heat for an additional 2.5 minutes. Carefully remove brisket from pouch. Serve as is or with your favorite BBQ sauce. Stove Top/Sautee: Thaw in package in refrigerator overnight or under cold running water for 30 minutes. Open package and separate brisket slices in pouch. Heat sautee pan on medium heat. Add on tablespoon of cooking oil to pan. Add brisket slices in a single layer. Flip after 45 seconds, then heat for an additional 30 seconds. Remove from pan and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce. Keep frozen.
