Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers. Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry: Fill a pan with 1/2 inch oil. Pre-heat at medium-high. Fry beef steaks 3-4 minutes each side or until golden brown. Bake: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a tray with cooking oil and arrange the steaks. Bake 10-15 min. Flip the steaks and continue baking until golden brown. Air Fryer: Spray steaks with cooking oil. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook until golden brown. For best results, do not thaw before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen.
