Directions

You will need: 1/4 Cup Water 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 2 Eggs 1. Heat oven to 350°F for shiny metal or glass pan or 325°F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom of pan. 2. Stir Bar Mix, water, oil and eggs in medium bowl until well blended. Spread evenly into pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely; store tightly covered. PAN SIZE BAKE TIME (in minutes) 8"x 8" 31-41 9"x 9" 28-36 11"x 7" 26-34 High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Stir 1/4 cup all-purpose flour into dry bar mix. Make batter using 1/4 cup water, 2 Tbsp oil and 4 eggs.
