Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time. 1. Remove film from brownie. Slit film over enchiladas. 2. Cook on high 4 minutes. 3. Carefully remove brownie with a fork; set aside. Stir beans and spoon sauce over enchiladas; re-cover film. 4. Cook an additional 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 minutes. 5. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Handle carefully; it's hot!
