Directions

Just cut open the pouch, toss into a pan or microwave, and voila: a complete veggie-full meal! Cooking Instructions: 1200 watts. Ready in only 4 - 5 minutes. Open the bag and pour the entire frozen content into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 4 - 5 minutes. Remove cover and let sit for 30 seconds before serving. Ready in only 6 - 8 minutes. Preheat skillet or frying pan to medium-high. Pour entire frozen content from the bag into the skillet or frying pan. Add a 1/4 cup of cold water to the pan. Cook uncovered for 6 -8 minutes, stirring frequently until meal is heated through and sauce is desired consistency. Remove from skillet or frying pan and serve. For your safety, cook to 165 degrees F throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
