Directions

Cooking Instructions: Boil: For only 1 package at a time, boil 1 gallon of salted water (1 tsp). Add pierogi, cover, bring back to a slow boil, and cook uncovered for 4 to 6 minutes. Drain pierogi, mix with topping to prevent dough drying, and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Fry: Cook per instructions above for about 4 minutes (don't overcook), then pan fry over low heat in butter or oil to a crispy golden brown. Cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F before eating. Top with: Melted butter with fried onions. Also try topping with crisp fried bacon crumbles. Keep frozen at all times when stored. Do not refreeze.
