Big Bowl Meal Kit: Mongolian Beef with Jasmine Rice

Servings: 4 Prep Time: 15-60 min. Marinating Cook Time: 20 min. Step 1: Marinate the steak by mixing it with the marinade in a bowl or resealable plastic bag and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to one hour. In large wok pan or 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 2 Tablespoons canola oil over medium heat. Add flank steak and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until beef reaches 135 degrees fahrenheit (medium-rare) set aside. Wipe out pan for next step. Step 2: In same wok or skillet, heat 2 Tablespoons canola oil over high heat, add mushrooms and red onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Step 3: Add Flank Steak and Mongolian Beef Sauce and cook for approximately two minutes. Add scallions, mix well and bring sauce to a boil. Prepare rice according to package directions. Serve Big Bowl Mongolian Beef over prepared rice. Bring sauce back to a boil.
