Two ways to open! 1. Lift tab here to open. Or... 2. For a convenient pantry pack, press in and pull up along perforation on back of box to remove flap. Hot water directions: 1. Empty packet into bowl. 2. Add up to 1/2 cup of boiling water, stir. 3. Let stand 2 minutes. Microwave directions: 1. Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl. 2. Add up to 3/4 cup unheated water, stir. For your convenience, you can use the packet as a measuring cup. 3. Microwave on high 45 to 75 seconds*. 4. Stir and let stand for 2 minutes. Caution: bowl and contents may be hot. *Instructions are based on 1100 watt microwave oven. Additional cooking time required for lower wattage microwaves. Adjust water for desired thickness. To open, press in center of back panel & pull upwards to tear off flap.
