Directions: Apply a pea-sized amount of Promescent Warming Gel to the external female genitalia including the clitoris, around the clitoral hood, labia and external vaginal opening. To allow maximum absorption, gently massage the gel Into these delicate areas for at least 5 minutes prior to vaginal intercourse.
